The Kentucky Llama and Alpaca Association is proud to be celebrating the 22nd anniversary as a part of the North American Livestock Exposition (NAILE) which is the World's largest purebred livestock show! The event is held at the Kentucky Fair and Exposition Center, Louisville, KY which you will find to be one of the finest in the country. NAILE is more than a llama and alpaca show. It has a variety of species of livestock exhibited over a 2-week period. Along with the livestock, the east wing is full of vendors of all kinds for your shopping pleasure. It’s a can’t miss event!
We again will have a DUAL SANCTIONED ILR-SD & ALSA SANCTIONED SINGLE LLAMA SHOW and a OPEN ALPACA SHOW. There will be an ILR-SD halter show one day and an ALSA halter show the opposite day. A continuous performance ring will run in a second ring concurrently with the halter show. Both sanctioned performance classes will run together. Saturday will be the Open Alpaca Halter Show. Alpaca performance runs both Saturday and Sunday.
