Welcome to the 2007 North American Llama and Alpaca Show Site!

The 2007 Show will be a ALSA SANCTIONED DOUBLE SHOW FOR BOTH LLAMAS AND ALPACAS (two judges per class) Every class will have two sets of winners and awards!

The Kentucky Llama and Alpaca Association is proud to be celebrating the 16th anniversary as a part of the North American Livestock Exposition (NAILE) which is the world's largest purebred livestock show! The event is held at the Kentucky Fair and Exposition Center, Louisville, KY which you will find to be one of the finest in the country.

In addition to halter and performance classes, there is also a single judged llama fleece show. This includes shorn fleece classes as well as specialty classes which include finished items, woven, knitted, crocheted or felted made from llama or alpaca fiber.

Also included is the ever popular Youth Poster contest and the Llama and Alpaca Cute Photo Contest. If you have a special photo, bring it to the show and enter it. No entry fee for poster and photo contests.

NAILE is more than a llama and alpaca show. It has a variety of species of livestock exhibited over a 2-week period. Along with the livestock, the east wing is full of vendors of all kinds for your shopping pleasure.

We hope to see you at the show this year and help us celebrate our 16th year anniversary.
